This page explains what happens to your data on simplethingsweuse.com. The short version: we only collect your email if you give it to us, we use it only to tell you when LIVE-IN is out, and this site uses no cookies.

Who is responsible

The data controller is THE DESIGNERS di Frusi Emanuele & C. S.n.c., Via Piero della Francesca 11, 06012 Città di Castello (PG), Italy — P.IVA / C.F. 03725770543, REA PG-309593. You can reach us at info@simplethingsweuse.com for anything about your data.

Your email (LIVE-IN launch list)

• What: the email address you type in the "Notify me" box. Nothing else is asked.
• Why: to send you an email when LIVE-IN is released. No newsletter, no marketing, no sharing or selling.
• Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
• How long: until we announce LIVE-IN's release; we delete the list within 6 months after that, or earlier if you ask.
• Where it's stored: in the European Union, on the infrastructure of our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our data processor. The list is kept in a storage area restricted to the EU, and no other company receives it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, ads or tracking. Fonts are served from our own site, not from third parties. That's why there's no cookie banner.

Technical logs

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically record technical data (such as IP address, browser and time of the request) to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. We don't use these logs to identify you.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it, by writing to info@simplethingsweuse.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

If we start collecting other data (for example when LIVE-IN is on sale), we'll update this page first.
