LIVE-IN is a Logic Pro plug-in that puts your live show on an iPad on the music stand: the section you're in, the chords, what comes next, the click and the holds, in sync with Logic. You export the show from Logic as one MIDI file; it follows a click played by hand, so it works in free time. The iPad app is free, and it can also switch a Quad Cortex or any MIDI unit from the stage.
